Special Update as of 1st Jan 2025:

Due to the high volume of requests, please rest assured that I will not declare any items over $10 USD for shipments to countries in the South American region (including Mexico, Brazil, Portugal, Chile, etc.). For European countries, I also pay the IOSS fees in advance, so you do not need to worry about any additional charges.

Regarding Shipping:

In-stock products will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Pre-order products will be shipped on the stated period or earlier. Major public holidays might affect the shipping and transit time. I seek your understanding and patience during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Fees:

Free worldwide tracked airmail shipping if your purchase is over $36. Otherwise, shipping charges is automatically calculated upon checking out.

Please note that additional shipping fees might apply for bulky items (>1.2kg) to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and some parts of the South American region. Additional shipping charges are viewable upon checking out.

Tracking your shipment:

An email notification will be sent once your order is shipped. Please make sure to check your spam and promotion folders for it. Handling and delivery will be handled by your local post office by default or by your local private logistic company.

Average Transit & Delivery time [affected by holidays]:

NA/CA/SA: 1-2 weeks.

AU/EU/UK: 1-2 weeks.

ASIA: 1 week.

Customs and import taxes:

Please note that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs sometimes happen, and I cannot guarantee any delivery dates as a result of packages being held at customs. For any special arrangements, please feel free to contact me.
