Special Update as of 21st Apr 2025:

For customers located in the USA, you DO NOT need to pay any tariffs or additional customs charges. I will handle all applicable fees before shipping your package.

Due to the high volume of inquiries, please rest assured that shipments to countries in South America (including Mexico, Brazil, Chile, etc.) and Portugal will always be declared under $10 USD.

For European customers, all IOSS fees and customs charges will also be prepaid by me in advance, ensuring that you WILL NOT incur any additional costs upon delivery.

Regarding Shipping:

In-stock products will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Pre-order products will be shipped on the stated period or earlier. Major public holidays like New Year or Christmas might affect the shipping and transit time. I seek your understanding and patience during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Fees:

Free worldwide tracked airmail shipping if your purchase is over $36. Otherwise, shipping charges is automatically calculated upon checking out.

Please note that additional shipping fees might apply for bulky items (>1.2kg) to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and some parts of the South American region. Additional shipping charges are viewable upon checking out.

Tracking your shipment:

An email notification will be sent once your order is shipped. Please make sure to check your spam and promotion folders for it. Handling and delivery will be handled by your local post office by default or by your local private logistic company.

Average Transit & Delivery time [affected by holidays]:

NA/CA/SA: 1-2 weeks.

AU/EU/UK: 1-2 weeks.

ASIA: 1 week.

Customs and import taxes:

Please note that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs sometimes happen, and I cannot guarantee any delivery dates as a result of packages being held at customs. For any special arrangements, please feel free to contact me.
